Brief

Description:

The Fulfillment Team Member will assist with the fulfillment of custom and corporate boxes for our customers. This individual will be responsible for reading and understanding custom ordering sheets and corporate ordering sheets, ensuring that shipments are packed and ready to ship on time, and being accountable to all expectations.

• Pick and pack all custom and corporate orders
• Understand subscription model and box types
• Correctly identify and label packages
• Fulfill all shipments on time
• Count inventory and adjust inventory levels
• Implement operational changes
  
  Ensure safety guidelines are followed
• Resolve fulfillment problems
• Stock shelves
• Operate forklift

• Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 20 pounds, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to be on feet for 8 hours each day, either standing or walking
• Regularly required to bend, stoop, or reach with hands and arms while filling orders
• Regularly required to use hands to handle objects or tools

• Must remain flexible with constant and short notice changes
• Willing to work 40 hours per week
• Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate; ear plugs required in some locations

• Able to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision
• Organized and deadline-oriented
• Flexible, positive attitude, ready to pitch in and help in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Fully utilize computer systems, tools, training, and resources provided to maximize potential
• Implement improvement initiatives in areas of processes, quality, productivity, and inventory management
• Ready to dive in and help wherever needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Previous forklift experience
