Hourly Wage: $19.65 base + $4-$7/hour incentive pay after training

Shift Options: 1st, 2nd (+$0.35/hr), or 3rd shift (+$0.50/hr). Overtime and weekend/holiday availability required.

• Forklift operation & torch handling experience required
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• 1+ year experience in a heavy industrial setting
• Safety-first mindset and teamwork ethic
• Willingness to work all shifts and overtime
