Key Responsibilities:- Perform daily clean-up and housekeeping tasks
- Operate heavy equipment including forklifts and bobcats
- Conduct routine maintenance (lubrication, inspections)
- Move and manage raw materials and finished products
- Follow detailed safety protocols and SOPs
- Train and support new team members
- Take on various tasks as assigned by leadership
- Climb stairs/ladders, work at heights, and in confined spaces
- Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Perform repetitive motion and physical tasks
- Work in extreme environmental conditions (heat, cold, noise, humidity)
- Willingness to work swing shifts, weekends, and overtime
- Strong situational awareness and safety focus
- Ability to follow instructions with precision
- Experience in a steel mill, factory, or industrial setting
- Forklift or heavy machinery operation
- Solid teamwork skills and mechanical aptitude
