Nurse Practitioner
Solvera Health – Peoria, IL
Base Pay Range$120,000/yr – $140,000/yr
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Solvera Health. You will provide primary care to patients of all ages, focusing on family medicine, pain management, clinical assessments, geriatrics, pediatrics, and patient safety. You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications.
Minimum Qualifications- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of employment
- Experience in family medicine, pain management, clinical assessments, geriatrics, and pediatrics
- Strong knowledge of patient safety practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a primary care setting
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Experience with electronic medical records
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and medical histories
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and other treatments
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care
