• End Date: March 14, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day shift, 7:00am – 5:30pm
• Shift Duration: 10 hours
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,250–$2,310 per week

• Minimum of 3 years of recent nursing experience in the Operating Room (OR RN experience required)
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required;
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

• Deliver professional nursing care to surgical patients using evidence-based practices and the nursing process
• Perform all duties required by the surgical unit, specific to the scope of clinical service
• Implement operating room procedures and maintain a safe, sterile environment
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care and surgical procedures
• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Modify care plans based on ongoing evaluation and patient needs
• Promote patient and staff safety by identifying and addressing potential hazards
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Collaborate with colleagues and provide constructive feedback to enhance clinical skills
• Fulfill departmental competencies and participate in ongoing professional development
