Protects, promotes and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of the Registered Nurse licensure; collaborating with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum. The RN Hospital Inpatient/ED operates in units that provide 24/7 care in the hospital.
Pay range: $32.94 - $49.36/hour. Hourly position.
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits including BCBS Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with 5% match, and generous vacation and holiday time off. Limited weekend requirements with schedule based on RN experience.
ResponsibilitiesThe RN provides direct patient care, assessment, and collaboration with the healthcare team in the emergency department setting to deliver timely, high‑quality care.
Qualifications- License:
Current Registered Nurse licensure in Illinois or Michigan. - Certification: AHA BLS required before start date.
- Experience:
2+ years RN experience. Schedule based on experience level.
- BSN.
- Experience as RN in a healthcare environment.
- EMR and Microsoft application basic proficiency.
- 0-4 years RN: 4 weekend shifts.
- 4-10 years RN: 3 weekend shifts.
- 10-15 years RN: 2 weekend shifts.
- 15+ years RN: no weekend shifts.
