Registered Nurse – Medical Case Manager

Our team of Account Managers and Staffing Coordinators refer highly qualified professionals with various degrees, certifications, and licenses in social services, psychiatry, occupational therapy, speech pathology, special education, mental health, addictions treatment, allied therapies, and pharmacy. We mainly provide supplemental staffing services to school districts, hospitals, mental health centers, outpatient facilities, and residential homes.

Registered Nurse – Medical Case Manager. Contract to Hire Opportunity

As a Medical Case Manager RN, you will receive children taken into DCFS custody within 24 hours. You will act as the health works lead agent, requesting all medical records and monitoring any medical conditions, including immunizations, dental, and vision care. This is a Monday–Friday, first shift position, with no weekends, working with DCFS caseloads, families, and children. You will maintain complete documentation and address foster parents' questions.

You will manage a high-risk caseload in our Peoria office.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate organization, excellent charting skills, and a caring disposition. • RN with a 2-year degree.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
