Registered Nurse – Critical Care (Direct Hire)
Type: Direct Hire | Full-time | 36 hours/week
Shifts Available:

• Two 3rd shift positions
• One 1st shift position
• One PRN (24 hours/week)

• Hourly Range: $32.61 – $49.28 (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials:
  • 3rd shift: +$4.00/hr
  • Weekend: +$3.25/hr
• Sign-On Bonus:
  • $15,000 for new graduates
  • $20,000 for nurses with 1+ years of experience
• Relocation Bonus: Not available
• Assignment Length: 36 months

• Active RN license (Illinois preferred)
• Current BLS certification (AHA required)
• ACLS certification
• Minimum 1 year ICU experience preferred (new grads considered case by case)
