Transitions Hospice is seeking an experienced ECT Nurse to join our team in Peoria, IL. As part of the Extended Care Team, you’ll provide flexible, skilled nursing support across cases, delivering high-quality care when and where it’s needed most.
You’ll assess, treat, and communicate patient needs quickly, administer medications per orders, and collaborate with physicians and community partners to ensure seamless transitions. A valid RN license and willingness to travel locally are required.
