As a Specialty Infusion Field Nurse at Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, you will deliver life-changing care to patients in their homes, ensuring safe administration of specialty medications while fostering meaningful relationships and positive health outcomes.

• Pay: $79,200 - $132,000 USD/year
• Location: Peoria, IL

• Schedule: Part-time, 32 hours/week

• Provide safe and effective administration of specialty medications (including IV infusion) in patients' homes.
• Partner with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being.
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress to maintain accurate patient records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates and care coordination.
• Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Education: Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Experience: At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• 2+ years of RN experience in a hospital or home health setting preferred.
