• Assessing patient status via interviews, observations, and physical exams.
• Developing individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team.
• Implementing interventions to achieve expected outcomes and documenting progress.
• Evaluating and modifying care plans based on patient response and condition changes.
• Performing bedside lab testing, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring quality control.
• Sharing clinical knowledge through informal teaching and responding to learning needs.
• Coordinating interdisciplinary care, prioritizing tasks, and utilizing resources effectively.
• Communicating effectively with the team, advocating for patients, and providing goal-focused shift reports.
• Adapting teaching strategies to patient/family needs, ensuring safety, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
• Assisting with patient education, data collection, and process improvement efforts.

• Valid RN license and BLS certification.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma.
• Technical knowledge of equipment, troubleshooting skills, and ability to perform bedside testing.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, patient safety, and continuous improvement.
