Job Title: RN UP - CMH Med/Surg 6C

Job Summary: The staff Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver responsible for a group of patients during a designated time frame. Care is provided using the nursing process, current trends, technology, and available resources within the institution's philosophy. Responsibilities include performing unit-specific duties, implementing procedures and theories, maintaining accurate documentation, developing and modifying care plans, ensuring patient and employee safety, and engaging in professional development.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum three (3) years of relevant nursing experience

• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)

• Illinois state RN License in good standing

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
