Prepare and cook meal for clients, and maintain a clean kitchen and dining room;
Clean and sanitize all food service equipment, dishes, pots and pans;
Prepare/assist with daily meals in accordance with the menu plan for the day;
Perform inventory control and maintain food pantry with direction from Kitchen Supervisor.
