Role Overview

Join our DYNAMIC team at Bickford Senior Living as a Server! The Server supports the culinary team who prepares food to be served to our residents in our restaurant-style dining experience called the “Bread Basket.”

Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $17.50/hr

• Day Shift: 7 am-3 pm
• Evening Shift: 4 pm-8 pm

• Serve food timely using Bickford’s process.
• Interact with residents in the Dining Room during meals to enhance their dining experience.
• Wash dishes, pots and pans following Bickford’s dishwashing procedure.
• Complete assigned tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule.
• Maintain dining room and dish machine area to meet Bickford’s cleanliness expectations.

• Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain one.
• Exhibit a “learner’s mindset.”
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
• Competent in organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving, and decision‑making skills.
