- Welcome and seat residents and guests
, present menus, and answer questions - Take orders and serve meals, desserts, and beverages
- Help set up, clean, and stock the dining room for service
- Load, run, and unload the dish machine and assist with dishwashing
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining and kitchen areas
- Provide friendly, respectful customer service that makes residents feel at home
- A high school diploma or GED
- Basic knowledge of food safety
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Previous food service experience is helpful
