• Prepare, season, cook, and serve meals according to the established menu
• Ensure proper portion sizes by following recipes and portion control standards
• Monitor and record food temperatures during preparation and service
• Check and inspect food products and supplies upon delivery
• Keep kitchen equipment and work areas clean and safe, following food safety guidelines
• Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents and team members

• A high school diploma or GED
• Basic knowledge of food safety
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Previous food service experience is helpful
• Serv Safe certification is a plus
