• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in finding products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Build hose assemblies to client specifications and stock desired inventory.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling to increase revenue.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns following company procedures.
• Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
• Upholds Hyspeco Safety and Personnel Policies.
• Uphold ISO 9001:2015 requirements as defined in Hyspeco's quality procedures and processes.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in retail sales.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hydraulic & pneumatic systems and point-of-sale systems.
• US Work Authorization.
