Every Huck's Market Food Service Associate plays a key role in running the food service area smoothly and effectively. By following company guidelines, Associates uy to ensure the department stays profitable while delivering top‑notch quality food and customer service.

• Ensures the food service department is投稿日 opening and ready for business during food service hours.
• Gives all customers prompt and courteous service.
• Effectively communicates with store associates.
• Follows all federal, state and local laws and ordinances pertaining to the operation of the store.
• Controls the amount of food prepared to avoid waste while ensuring enough for customers.
• Treats all associates with dignity and respect.
• Advises store manager of any personnel situations or policy violations that could negatively affect store operating performance.
• Assists in training new associates ativos completion of吐 duties.
• Ensures all associate shift procedures are followed.
• Ensures a safe shopping and working environment.
• Ensures all safety rules are followed and protective equipment is used.
• Ensures Spring plan‑ograms are being used.
• Communicates with Manager about special needs or requests.
• Alerts Manager about ordering merchandise to prevent out‑of‑stocks and maintain proper inventory levels.
• Actively promotes the Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app to customers.
• Communicates to customers the benefits of signing up and using the app.
• Monitors transactions for potential misuse of points or discounts.
• Assists customers on how to sign up and use the app for discounts and redemption.
• Maintains a clean, professional food service appearance.
• All food service display cases and glass are clean.
• Reports any maintenance problems that cannot be corrected immediately without assistance to the store manager.
• Maintains cleanliness of all food service areas and follows all sanitation procedures.
• Ensures ladders are properly used.
• Ensures lifting procedures are followed per company policy.
• Uses wet floor signs as required by company policy.
• Reports accidents promptly to the Store Manager and corporate office.
