Join TEKsystems, an Allegis Group company, to accelerate business transformation for customers worldwide. As an SDR-2, you will execute early sales process steps, build customer profiles, and partner for new meetings. After 10‑week training, promotion to Account Manager follows.

• Research and build call sheets of targeted customers by leveraging Linked In and internal tools
• Document and track all leads from the Recruiter Lead Program
• Build customer profiles and talk tracks using Seismic and Gong
• Perform outreach to targeted list and document weekly activity
• Partner with Director of Business Operations to identify lost customers and generate new meetings
• After promotion, develop and manage new and existing customer relationships, increase sales, and prepare proposals

• Bachelor’s degree OR 3 years professional experience OR 4 years experience
• Minimum 1 year sales experience OR degree in sales or internship experience
• Strong desire for B2B sales career
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High professionalism, urgency, and presentation skills
• Ability to overcome obstacles and collaborate
• Strong propensity to learn

$60,000 + COLA + weekly commission + performance‑based bonuses. 10‑week training compensation: $21 per hour plus COLA.
