Work Schedule :
Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role's specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. All work requirements are subject to change at any time based on leader discretion and/or business need.

The Opportunity Candidates must reside within, or be willing to relocate to, the assigned territory spanning Peoria, IL;
Danville, IL;
St. Louis, MO; and Quincy, IL. Preferred locations include Springfield, Central Illinois, and South Central Illinois. Daily local travel throughout the territory is required, and a company vehicle is provided.

Vehicle Remarketing sales position for Ally Smart Auction. Smart Auction is an industry-leading online auto auction that offers access to a virtual inventory of wholesale vehicles for eligible dealers of all brands.

Responsible for developing and increasing vehicle remarketing fee revenue within a defined territory to attain territory targets.

Grow the active dealer base through equipping, training, and coaching them on how to solve used vehicle needs utilizing  customer contacts on a daily basis throughout the assigned territory, designed to grow the engaged dealer base and increase utilization.

Attend meetings and conventions, dealer and remarketing trade shows and managing special projects as requested by management.

The Work Itself Increase the buying and selling of used vehicles through Ally’s online auto auction, Smart Auction.

Train, equip, and enable dealer customers to utilize Smart Auction.

Facilitate new dealer introductions, on-boarding, training and providing overall sales support as needed.

Ensure dealer customers are current on all promotions and incentives being offered.

Daily in-person dealer customer contacts are required.

Assist or lead Zoom or in-person training for dealers as needed.

The Qualifications We’re Looking For Candidates must reside within, or be willing to relocate to, the assigned territory spanning Peoria, IL;
Danville, IL;
St. Louis, MO; and Quincy, IL. Preferred locations include Springfield, Central Illinois, and South Central Illinois. Daily local travel throughout the territory is required, and a company vehicle is provided.
2+ years in financial services, automotive remarketing, automotive, or similar industry preferred.
1+ years’ sales experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree in related field strongly preferred.

Leverage relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results.
