Seeking a skilled professional with a proactive approach to completing tasks accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities include routine maintenance and repairs for both interior and exterior areas. Occasionally involved in goal-driven remodeling projects to diversify the scope of work.
Responsibilities- General maintenance
- Carpentry
- Finish carpentry
- Basic Electrical Servicing
- Basic Plumbing Servicing
- Demolition
- Painting (preferred but not required)
- Basic Handyman responsibilities
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of Residential Construction
- Ability to communicate with Management Effectively
- Good time management skills
- Knowledgeable of electrical works
- Knowledgeable of carpentry
- Knowledgeable of plumbing works
- Ingenuity
- Pride in self-performed works
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Drivers license
- 3-5 years experience preferred
- Certifications and Licensing are not required but are a plus
$17 - $30 per hour DOE
