Pay range $27 to $34 DOE+ bonuses + benefits

POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Electrical Installer you are responsible for providing the technicalexpertiseto safely plan and perform electrical work for residential solar projects while coordinating residential installs of each system efficiently, ina timelyand in a quality manner.

ESSENTIAL

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate the necessary job status data to the Crew Lead to assure the successful completion of solar arrays/systems installations
• Following all safe working practices for the Freedom Forever installation team
• Responsible for safe and correct installation of PV systems and electrical work
• Assemble all components of a residential solar system
• Ensure that the work is performed in a neat andworkmanlikemanner and compliant with all State and local codes and standards
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system components to resolve electrical issues
• Follow OSHA, NEC, AHJ and Utility requirements
• Work with crew and complete all portions of Photovoltaic systems installs (PV) including passing panels, conduit pipe, attic conduit runs, passing PV panels to the roof and roof pipe when required
• Provide top-notch customer service throughout the installation
• Upload photos and update job status in the Company database when work is complete
• Strong knowledge and experience of conduit bending (EMT) ability to produce quality day after day
• Document work by taking pictures and completing work orders
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Education &

Certifications:

• High School Graduate  orGED
• Electrician license required

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of electrical installation and repair experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to drive a vehicle during the normal course of business. Mustmaintaina clean driving record with the ability to pass a driving background checkand have a valid state driver’s license.
• Working knowledge of current NEC codes
• Ability to effectively manage work to achieve required timelines
• Must be experienced with all required hand and power tools associated with the electrical trade
• Strong interpersonal/human relations skills
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret single- and three-line drawings
• Ability to work safely in a branch/warehouse
• Ability tooperateoffice equipment including computers anddetermineaccuracy of work
• Ability to interact with co-workers andparticipatein meetings

Special Skills & Training:

• Must have working knowledge and experience replacing residential electrical services and distribution panels
