Automotive Mechanic, Heavy Equipment Mechanic
Forest Preserve District of Kane County is seeking a Seasonal Mechanic Assistant to support mechanics with maintenance, inspection, and basic repairs of vehicles and equipment used to maintain Kane County’s forest preserves and facilities.
The position requires a valid Illinois driver’s license, the ability to work outdoors in variable weather, and completion of background checks and drug screening. Part-time, non-exempt with an hourly wage of $15.00–$16.00.
