Position Purpose
Under occasional supervision, collaborate with the team to design, develop, modify and maintain high‑complexity software applications. Perform coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout the development process. Build and implement design in partnership with Leads and Architects to meet business needs.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the business to develop well‑designed solutions that meet business needs.
  • Analyze software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
  • Compile objective data to influence decisions and strategy.
  • Design, develop, and implement software applications of high complexity.
  • Perform post‑implementation support and system enhancements.
  • Mentor and direct junior and intermediate Software Engineers.
  • Coordinate with internal contacts to perform specific project tasks or resolve technical issues.
  • Seek out and utilize new technology solutions and best practices to improve process, increase stability, and reduce cost/time to market.
  • Assist in setting standards for product/process quality and monitor team’s output.
  • Lead special projects and other duties as needed.
Education & Experience
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Equivalent level of education and experience is acceptable.
Knowledge, Skills, & Competencies
  • Ability to understand and utilize a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Ability to use software to develop and analyze IT data and applications.
  • Work well independently or within a team.
  • Advanced experience with the design and development of web technologies and web services.
  • Advanced experience with version control, CI/CD, architecture, relational database systems/data management.
  • Model technology to align with business strategy.
  • Create and leverage frameworks.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Influence testing approaches and framework.
Compensation Overview

Base Pay Range
$99,095.00 – $
