Delivery Specialist - Hub at O’Reilly Auto Parts
Compensation: $15 – $20 per hour. Paid time off, health insurance, 401k, tuition assistance.
Responsibilities- Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to stores and distribution center.
- Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop on set route.
- Maintain daily city route manifest for deliveries.
- Keep fleet/fuel card, vehicle and keys secure; log mileage and fluid levels each day.
- Report vehicle maintenance needs immediately to store manager and lock vehicle at end of day.
- Clock in/out according to company policy.
- Communicate any problems or special needs from stores to store management.
- Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record meeting company 14/18-point system.
- Ability to match alphanumeric sequences quickly.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
- Bilingual candidates encouraged; fluency in multiple languages desired (Spanish highly desired).
