PC Warehouse

Supervise and be responsible for planning the finished warehouse of Personal Care products for the highest efficiency

Value Added Operation

Manage , Organize and plan overall Production activities.

Responsible for production to meet the target and diliver products on time. Manage and control Production efficiency , quality , Stock , KPIs and control production costs (Opex&Capex) as per budget.

Personal Care Warehouse Lead

Supervise and be responsible for planning the warehouse of Personal Care products for the highest efficiency

1 Responsible for managing the Personal Care warehouse to be most effective.

• Design the operation procedures including receiving-storing-dispensing. Supervise the operations to run in accordance with designed procedures

3 Control, manage, receive-store-distribute products to be complete, accurate and safe.

4 Control, supervise, monitor, assess various situations that may occur in each day in order to determine and consider alternatives for solving problems and taking appropriate actions

5 Coordinate with relevant departments in order to achieve the goal of the work efficiently

• Control and inspect the work of subordinates to be efficient and safe. Complies with organization requirements

7 Perform other related duties as assigned

• Monitoring and control operational activities in the production / target / productivity / quality and delivery be effective.
• Control product quality, control waste from production, reduce production errors.
• Manage, control, and manpower / products / packaging materials and consumables for production efficiency.
• Supervise the implementation of the company's policies and standard requirements of the company.
• Give advice and consult with subordinates
• Preform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock control within FMCG or personal care products.

Skills in logistics coordination, order fulfillment, and basic supply chain processes.

Ability to use warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and standard office applications.

Strong leadership, team supervision, and performance monitoring capabilities.

Knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards in warehouse environments.

Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

Relevant vocational or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, operations management, or a related field is preferred.

Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role in a warehouse or distribution center is an advantage.

Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to be on-site as required.
