Real Estate Inside Sales Client Care Representative – Not afraid to be on the phone? Driven to do what it takes to maximize earnings? We are looking for an Inside Sales Client Care Rep. This team member will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources, including prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our CRM system.

Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling appointments with qualified leads for Listing and/or Buyer Specialists. This person is results-oriented and has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads and cold calling) and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow-up of those leads.

Compensation: 65,500+ at plan earnings

• Prospect for and acquire new clients daily from various inbound and outbound lead sources
• Prospect, cultivate, set appointments, and manage leads in the CRM system
• Outbound calling and e-mail communication to leads
• Coordinate and schedule appointments with qualified leads for Listing and/or Buyer Specialists
• Respond to customer inquiries and document, assign, and follow up on leads
