We are seeking a talented Architect with a strong design background and proven experience in construction project management. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable developing creative architectural solutions and leading projects through all phases of construction. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role that requires exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills.

• Lead architectural design from concept through construction documents, ensuring creative excellence and technical accuracy.
• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Coordinate and oversee all phases of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and site supervision.
• Prepare and review construction drawings, specifications, and details; ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and proactively resolve design and construction challenges.
• Collaborate with internal design teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Conduct site visits to monitor quality, safety, and progress; document and report findings.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and repeat business.

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
• Architectural license preferred (or on track for licensure).
• 5+ years of experience in architectural design and construction project management.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design and technical expertise.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with residential and/or commercial projects preferred.
