Position: Board Certified Behavior Specialist (BCBA) with Security Clearance
Our client is currently seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Specialist (BCBA) for a school district around the Perkasie, PA area! Position Title Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Experience Range
* Entry Level: 1-4 years of experience

* Mid Level: 5-10 years of experience

* Supervisory: 10+ years of experience
Overview This School District is seeking a BCBA to support students with special education needs and behavioral challenges across K-12 settings. The district understands that candidates may require up to 90 days' notice to transition from a current role.
* Experience in elementary education is strongly preferred.
* Terms of Employment
* Full-time, 10-month position

* Salary aligned with the PEA Collective Bargaining Agreement

Role Description The BCBA will:
* Deliver advanced behavioral analysis services and develop behavior management plans

* Support school staff and families with behavior intervention strategies

* Conduct assessments and create plans aligned with IDEA and PA Chapter 14

Key Responsibilities
* Provide classroom support

* Consult with case managers

* Write and review Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

* Develop and review Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) for IEPs and Reevaluation Reports (RRs)
Qualifications
* Master's degree in Special Education or related human services field

* Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or

* Current Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist license

* Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)

* FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)

* School Personnel Health Form (Physical and TB test)

* PDE 6004 Form (Act 24)
