Weber Kracht & Chellew is a well-established and respected law firm in Upper Bucks County, serving clients throughout Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia, Lehigh, and surrounding counties. We are a collaborative, team-oriented practice committed to delivering high-quality legal services.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team in Perkasie, Pennsylvania
. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting attorneys in multiple practice areas, including estate administration, personal injury, insurance, and family law
, and will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Investigate and analyze all aspects of discovery
• Obtain, review, and summarize medical records
• Draft and propound discovery requests and prepare responses
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct file assessment, valuation, and recommendations
• Organize and produce documents for attorney use
• Prepare exhibits and assist attorneys at trial
• Manage all aspects of estate administration, from probate through Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax filings
• Accurately track time and maintain billable hour requirements

• Minimum 2 years of paralegal experience (estate administration and insurance defense preferred)
• Experience with timekeeping and billable hour requirements
• Knowledge of court rules and procedures
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Familiarity with case management software;
  Clio, Lackner, and Microsoft Office experience preferred
