The DeMaio Agency is expanding and looking for a highly motivated, sales-focused Account Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys closing business, and is passionate about helping customers protect what matters most. This role requires Property & Casualty licensing (Life & Health a plus). If you are not currently licensed, we provide full support to help you obtain the required licenses quickly.

• Drive new business by recommending and selling insurance products to new and existing customers.
• Build strong customer relationships that support retention, referrals, and continued growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer records to support success and compliance.

• A strong sales mindset with confidence engaging customers and closing sales.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• High level of motivation, professionalism, and accountability.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous insurance experience preferred but not required—sales experience strongly valued.
• Property & Casualty license and/or Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain with agency-support).
