The DeMaio Agency is actively hiring a results-oriented Insurance & Financial Services Representative to help grow our fast-paced, high-performing team.

This is a sales-dominant position designed for someone who loves generating revenue, presenting solutions with confidence, and creating long-term customer value.

This role requires both Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses. If you do not yet hold one or both, we will support you through the entire licensing process.

As an Insurance & Financial Services Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding the agency by driving new business across multiple product lines—including auto, home, life, health, and financial services. You will educate clients, identify coverage gaps, and present personalized solutions that build trust and grow our book of business.

• Proactively market and sell insurance and financial service products
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals
• Conduct needs-based consultations and provide tailored coverage recommendations
• Identify life and financial services opportunities to support long-term customer planning
• Assist clients with applications, policy updates, and follow-up conversations
• Stay informed on product offerings, industry trends, and competitive positioning

• Active Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses required
• Strong sales background with the drive to meet and exceed goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to consult with clients and confidently present financial and insurance options
• Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or a sales-heavy environment preferred
