Are you a competitive, goal-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment? The DeMaio Agency is seeking a highly motivated Insurance Account Representative ready to drive new business, close sales, and deliver exceptional service to our growing customer base.

This position is geared toward someone who excels in sales, communicates with confidence, and enjoys helping customers find the right coverage solutions.

It is a fully licensed role requiring both Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. If you do not yet hold one or both licenses, we provide full support and guidance to help you obtain them quickly.

As an Insurance Account Representative, you will be central to the agency’s growth—engaging prospects, converting sales, and building strong relationships. While service support is part of the role, every customer interaction is an opportunity to identify needs and recommend additional products.

• Drive new business by selling insurance products to warm and cold leads
• Conduct personalized consultations to recommend appropriate coverage
• Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and service requests
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and follow-up activities

• Active Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses required (we will support you through the licensing process if you are missing one or both)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-minded with ambition to exceed goals
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in insurance or sales preferred
