This role requires an active insurance license (Property & Casualty required; Life & Health preferred). If you are not licensed, we provide full support to help you get licensed quickly.

• Drive new business by proactively recommending and selling insurance products to both warm and cold leads.
• Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell coverage.
• Build strong customer relationships that support retention, referrals, and ongoing growth.
• Communicate confidently with customers to explain coverage options and close sales.
• Assist with service needs and customer questions while maintaining a strong sales focus.

• A proven ability—or strong desire—to excel in a sales-driven environment.
• Confidence, persistence, and enthusiasm for engaging in sales conversations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain organization while managing multiple client interactions.
• Experience in insurance, account management, or sales is preferred.
• Property & Casualty license and Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain with agency-backed licensing support).
