Proper Painting is searching for experienced painters who are ready to step into leadership roles and help us grow. • Minimum 18 months of professional interior and exterior painting experience
• Strong alignment with our core values:
  Integrity, Attitude, Hard Work, and Teamwork
• Ability to communicate effectively with both team members and clients

• Interior & exterior residential/commercial painting
• Pressure washing, caulking, scraping, sanding, and priming
• Drywall and plaster repair (preferred)
• Lift operation (preferred)
• Carpentry (a plus)

• Residential projects: interiors (two‑story foyers, vaulted ceilings, etc.), and exteriors
• Commercial projects: car dealerships, warehouses, and mixed‑use buildings
• Prep work: cleaning, masking, scraping, sanding, drywall repair, caulking, priming
• Application: brushing, rolling, and spraying (Festool equipment experience a plus)

• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable on ladders and scaffolding
• Valid driver’s license (non‑restricted)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, team‑first mindset
• Must be able to pass a background check
