. We are seeking a QA Analyst to support enhancement and improvement of the CRF system on the Dell processing environment.

• Team player, working with solutions analysts, developers and operational leads.
• Attend group meetings and provide updates/feedback on testing progress to management and project teams.
• Use current system knowledge to determine testing requirements for upcoming changes and continue to develop that knowledge.
• Create test plans for projects to ensure high-quality implementation of new system functions that are suitable for operations and problem free.
• Take ownership of test plans and manage them through to completion, providing updates to stakeholders.
• Track defects and work closely with development and solutions teams to resolve issues found in the test cycle, ensuring projects are bug‑free at deployment.
• Serve as the point of contact for operations, providing walkthrough documentation for changes and fielding queries from the deployment, feeding back to the wider IT team as needed.

• IT qualification is desirable.
• Strong operational logistics experience and computer skills are required.

• Record and clearly articulate product defects.
• Contribute to analysis and improvement of software development life‑cycle processes.
• Support software deployments through warranty periods to project closure.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Strong experience with the Syncreon WMS and the Apple operation.
• Previous testing or operational experience.
• Experience with regression, integration and system‑level test execution.
• Strong understanding of the project life cycle, deliverables, defect tracking and management.
• Knowledge of modern test methodologies and concepts of databases.
• 3rd level qualification in an IT‑related discipline.
