At DP World, we are looking for a Cycle Counter for our Perris, CA facility. This exciting opportunity will give the ideal candidate the experience to accelerate their career. We are filling positions for both 1st and 2nd shift: 1st shift 7:00 am–3:30 pm, 2nd shift 3:30 pm–12:00 am. OT as necessary.

• Perform cycle counts as per daily requirements and investigate discrepancies as they arise.
• Operate strictly to Standard Work and Quality processes to ensure a “Right First Time” product.
• Assist in follow‑up of customer concerns and sustain corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues.
• Deliver required throughput rate to support customer requirements.
• Work necessary schedule to meet production goals and Key Performance Indicators; schedule may fluctuate based on business needs.
• Move items from bulk containers, racks, shelves, or bins according to customer requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior forklift certification.
• Able to work with a diverse group and be a team player.
• Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Willingness to undergo additional training to meet evolving business needs.
• Must have inventory experience and forklift/cherry picker experience.

Pay rate: $20.91
Pay range: $18.27–$27.40
