We're looking for a Bilingual Machine Operator to join a growing team that produces high-performance laminated foam panels - the backbone of modern cold storage and refrigeration systems. Schedule:

5am - 3pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $23/hr.

• Operate and oversee the laminated panel machine - from setup to stacking - ensuring top-quality production and smooth, efficient runs.
• Collaborate with a team of skilled operators and helpers to meet production goals with minimal downtime.
• Measure and inspect product dimensions and tolerances to guarantee every panel meets high construction standards.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machine settings to maintain consistent output and resolve minor issues as they arise.
• Prioritize safety and quality, following all plant guidelines and using proper PPE such as steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and ear protection.
• Keep your work area clean, assist with housekeeping, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Communicate and coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure a seamless workflow.

• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment (CNC or laminated panel experience is a plus!).
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using measurement tools with precision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing consistent, high-quality work.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
