Security Site Supervisor – Response Security Officer

Perris, California
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 12:00 pm–6:00 pm (Part‑Time)
Hourly wage: $22 / hour (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees!).

Responsibilities- Monitor premises to ensure security.
- Supervise and direct daily activities of security personnel, ensuring post orders are followed and client expectations are met.
- Perform regular site inspections to identify physical security risks and ensure equipment functionality.
- Assist the Security Manager with scheduling and staffing needs.
- Conduct on‑job training for new hires and ongoing training on emergency preparedness.
- Patrol to spot suspicious activity.
- Control access points and verify identities.
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
- Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
- Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.
- Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- High School Diploma or GED, with documentation.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in security.
- Pass an extensive screening process.
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
- Responsive and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Previous security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is an advantage.
- State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32+ hours of security training; additional training may be obtained during hiring.
Employment contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
