CR&R Inc. is looking for a strong and energetic dispatcher to join our growing Operations Team. As our new Dispatcher you will be part of dispatching drivers based on customer needs as well as providing administrative support to Operations, Customers and drivers.

• Dispatching drivers to customers and location based on Customer needs.
• Ensure maximum productivity by achieving or exceeding Company-established goals by successfully routing vehicles.
• Assign loads and services to drivers based on designated routes and driver location.
• Prepare, update and dispense the daily route schedule.
• Gather and maintain route sheet documentation for pick-ups (scheduled, missed, extra pick ups), route completions and driver locations.
• Ensure route completion via the driver check-in process.
• Courteously interact with customers, as required.
• Follow all required safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• High School diploma at minimum, college degree is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a service-related industry
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Skilled in multiple programs in the MS Office Suite as well as ability to learn proprietary systems for business operation
