Driver/Operator

• $20.40 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)

• Vacation: up to 5 days per year
• Paid Sick Leave: 40 hours yearly; medical, dental & vision after 30 calendar days of employment for full‑time employees, life insurance, 401(k) retirement benefits, and 90 days of company holidays.
• Effective 1/2/26: CDL license holders receive a hiring bonus of $1,000 paid in four installments after completing a 90‑day probation period.

• Safety‑Focused Operations:
  Execute flawless operations by following designated routes and schedules, adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Passenger Care:
  Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
• Vehicle Vigilance:
  Lead vehicle safety through comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly reporting maintenance issues and maintaining cleanliness and safety equipment.
• Adherence to Protocols:
  Uphold company policies and procedures rigorously, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Other duties as required.

• 21 years or older
• Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger endorsement preferred but not required
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts as assigned.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason. Drug‑Free Workplace.

• Must be able to work shifts or a flexible work schedule as needed.
• Employee is generally subjected to long periods sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
• Work environment will be a combination of indoor and outdoor settings.
