NTB is proud to join the Mavis Tire family.
We're looking for full‑time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis today at our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Parkville, MD area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.
All eligible Automotive Tire Technicians receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800 as part of our onboarding incentive program.
Responsibilities- No experience is needed – we provide paid on‑the‑job training.
- Install new tires and wheels, perform tire services including rotations, balancing, flat repairs, and other maintenance tasks to keep customers’ vehicles safe.
- Earn weekly bonus payments tied to each service performed on top of the guaranteed hourly base rate.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Available to work 5 days per week.
