Job Description

Peak Management LLC is a privately owned, full‑service property management company headquartered in Timonium, Maryland. We specialize in the development, construction, ownership, and management of multi‑family and self‑storage properties, operating a portfolio of 16 apartment communities and 10 self‑storage facilities throughout the Greater Baltimore Area. Our current growth is supported by a dedicated team focused on adding value and providing exceptional customer and resident service.

This role is open for immediate filling in Nottingham, MD. It is a full‑time, 40‑hour work week that requires weekend and occasional evening availability.

Responsibilities
  • Assist prospective residents with finding suitable apartments and guide them through the application process.
  • Maintain positive relationships with residents and prospects, tailoring service to individual needs.
  • Set up and maintain accurate, organized property and lease files.
  • Accept incoming correspondence and respond to inquiries via phone, mail, and email.
  • Prepare the office area for daily leasing activities and maintain office cleanliness.
  • Tour the property with prospective residents, showcasing model and vacant units.
  • Maintain on‑site software with move‑in, move‑out, rent postings, and other updates.
  • Complete move‑in packages, test apartment keys/codes, and inspect units before move‑in.
  • Comply with Fair Housing Laws and company policies.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned, such as creating Excel spreadsheets and answering phones on a daily basis.
  • Work with the manager to collect rent and record accurate collection notes.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on multi‑family leasing experience.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing abilities.
  • Ability to work some weekends and nights.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
