• Review accounts to determine legitimacy, associated risks, and make appropriate restriction or dismissal decisions
• Contact account holders to verify activity and mitigate potential losses
• Monitor cases and reports to identify trends and communicate findings to management
• Analyze account activity to detect abnormal behaviors and prevent suspicious transactions
• Conduct thorough investigations using various resources to assess account security

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in high‑risk, rule‑based, or process‑heavy environments such as financial services or fraud prevention
• Strong analytical skills to detect patterns and anomalies in transaction data
• Experience conducting KYC/KYB reviews and transaction investigations
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to document clear and concise case notes
• Familiarity with AML regulations and transaction monitoring best practices

• Comfortable making judgment calls in ambiguous situations with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy, consistency, and disciplined execution under pressure
• Willingness to provide support during weekends as part of a team that offers 7‑day coverage
