• Ensure all parts are produced on time and are of good quality.
• Verify vinyl type and color against sketches before running.
• Measure and mark vinyl to ensure accuracy.
• Correctly label covers and end panels.
• Minimize material waste.
• Responsible for the care and preventive maintenance of equipment in use.
• Follow all safety guidelines and report violations, accidents and near misses to supervisor.
• Assist in the training of new personnel on safety, production, and quality standards and procedures.
• Follow instructions given by supervisor.
• Responsible for housekeeping in your area and the entire facility.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Team Player.
• Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Read and understand complex sketches (on-the-job training provided).
• Obtain forklift certification within three months (on-the-job training provided).
• Basic understanding of hand tools and how to properly use them.
• Read a tape measure to the 1/16".
• Proficient in math, both decimal and inch calculations.
• Follow company safety procedures and processes.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year work history or military service with honorable discharge preferred.

• Accurately exchange information with co-workers and management.
• Heavy lifting (50lb) required on a regular basis.
• Traverse facilities and machinery by climbing, balancing, lifting, walking, stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials.
• Remain at workstation for long periods of time while using tools and machinery and performing repetitive actions.
• Manual dexterity to evaluate, modify and operate machinery and equipment.
• Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced.
• Temperature of work environment ranges from 15°F to 110°F.
• Normal work hours are Monday through Friday from 6:00 am – 5:00 pm. Overtime required as needed.
