The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to perform and complete various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:
- Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
- Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
- Communicating proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
- Completing planograms and resets accurately and timely.
- Performing store measurements and cycle counts.
- Completing the Tractor Way top cap process and hanging store signage.
- Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
- Reviewing planogram integrity and recovery efforts.
- Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value. - Ensuring a distinguished shopping experience for customers.
- Providing peak coverage during special occasions, e.g., Day After Thanksgiving.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Experience:
Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.
Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical conflict resolution.
- Self-directed with minimal supervision needed.
- Mostly indoor environment with moderate noise levels.
- Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
- Travel between store locations using personal vehicle; long durations may be involved.
- Maintain safety standards and guidelines.
- Work on hard surfaces in indoor and outdoor areas with adequate lighting and temperature.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment.
- Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
- Stand, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and move throughout the store for entire shifts.
- Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
- Handle and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Operate vehicles and complete all training requirements.
