Join our dynamic team at Teph Seal Auto Appearance, a privately‑held company operating detail/reconditioning centers across auto dealerships in the United States. We are looking for dedicated Detail Specialists to provide high quality vehicle detailing and exceptional customer service. All positions are flat‑rate.

• Wash & detail vehicle exteriors using various cleaning solutions, waxes, and buffing machines.
• Vacuum interiors, clean upholstery and surfaces, and apply preservation chemicals to protect against spots and stains.
• Use air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces; clean diesel engine compartments and grease residue.
• Maintain store facilities and equipment to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries or complaints and conduct quality inspections.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• Physically demanding: frequent bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and vehicle entry/exit.
• Possible outdoor work and varying climate conditions.
• May require handling up to 50 lbs.
• Work performed with OSHA‑approved waxes, cleaners, and safety equipment.
• Strong visual and auditory acuity required.
• Team‑oriented and fast‑paced environment.

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
