Teph Seal Auto Appearance, a privately‑held company operating detail/reconditioning centers across the United States, is seeking a dedicated Detailer to provide high quality service and exceptional customer satisfaction in our Perry, GA location.

• Maintain the facilities to produce high quality service.
• Drive, detail, and clean vehicles using various cleaning solutions, waxes, and preservation chemicals.
• Wash exterior, wax and buff vehicles, vacuum interior, clean upholstery and surfaces, and dry surfaces with air compressors and cloths.
• Apply preservation chemicals to protect surfaces against spots and stains.
• Clean and remove grease from engine compartments when required.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management due to operational needs.

• Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and entry/exit of vehicles during shifts.
• Work outdoors and under varying climate conditions.
• Operate with and move numerous vehicles daily.
• Use safe and OSHA‑approved waxes, cleaners, window cleaners, tar remover, tire shine, etc.
• Frequent flexing of spine, hands, wrists, and fingers.
• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Continuous oral communication of detailed information.
• Clarity of vision and hearing required.
• Inspect work for streaks, smudges, missed vacuuming, and other imperfections.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.

• A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to learn quickly and read and comprehend instructions.
• Team player with a desire to treat each customer’s personal vehicle with great care and respect.
• Commitment to arrive on time and stay on task during shifts.
• Availability to work Saturday or Sunday and holidays as needed.
• Capability to drive both automatic and manual shift vehicles.
• Flexible and willing to carry out additional duties as assigned.
