You will document details, communicate with customers and insurers, and ensure compliance with DRP requirements while aligning with team KPIs.
The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and basic computer skills; I-CAR training is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required to operate in a collision service environment.
