Customer Service Rep
We are seeking a warm, polished, and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join the team at our upscale hotel, where you will serve as the welcoming face of our property. In this role, you will curate exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out, expertly managing reservations, addressing inquiries, and tailoring recommendations to elevate each guest's stay. The ideal candidate possesses a proven background in hospitality or upscale customer service, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for creating memorable, personalized moments.
